Within Al-Mustaqbal University’s strategic orientation toward consolidating an educational model grounded in knowledge integration and institutional partnership, the College of Dentistry organized a scientific forum in collaboration with the Babylon Health Directorate, under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Athraa Yahya Al-Hijazi, with the participation of distinguished students, graduates, and faculty members.
The forum was convened in response to the Advisory Council requirements and as an extension of the College’s policy of aligning academic programs with the needs of the healthcare sector, thereby enhancing graduate readiness and strengthening the alignment of learning outcomes with labor market demands.
The scientific program featured a specialized workshop entitled “Job Performance, Leadership, and Management,” delivered by Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Ajrash, Director of the Training and Development Center at the Babylon Health Directorate. The workshop addressed frameworks for leadership competency development, institutional performance management, and the improvement of healthcare work environments in accordance with quality standards and principles of good governance.
