Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved a distinguished academic milestone by obtaining the National Program Accreditation for the Bachelor's Program in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, making it the first private college in Iraq to receive this prestigious accreditation. This accomplishment reflects the University's firm commitment to implementing the highest standards of quality assurance and academic excellence in accordance with national and international benchmarks.
This achievement was granted under the ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority on 21 June 2026, following the successful fulfillment of all accreditation requirements and standards approved by the National Council for the Accreditation of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Programs.
The accreditation represents a significant step in advancing Al-Mustaqbal University's strategic vision for enhancing higher education quality and promoting a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through ensuring high-quality educational outcomes, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) by fostering a modern academic environment that supports innovation and institutional excellence.
