In line with efforts to enhance academic partnerships and develop scientific research fields, Al-Mustaqbal University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for scientific and research cooperation with Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies. The ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Center in the presence of a number of university professors and center researchers.
Al-Mustaqbal University was represented in the signing ceremony by Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abdul, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, while Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies was represented by its Director General, Legal Expert Professor Ali Nasser Banyan.
The MoU aims to expand prospects of joint cooperation between the two sides in scientific and research fields through the exchange of expertise and knowledge, as well as the implementation of joint academic activities and programs. It also includes organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and training courses that contribute to developing research capabilities and enhancing scientific output.
Both parties emphasized the importance of building effective partnerships between academic institutions and research centers to support the advancement of scientific research, develop academic competencies, and strengthen the knowledge-based role in serving society and achieving sustainable development goals.
