1. Introduction Al-Mustaqbal University is committed to the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all its academic and administrative activities. This policy aims to prevent bribery and corruption while ensuring compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulations.
2. Scope of Application This policy applies to all faculty members, staff, board members, committees, and volunteers, as well as consultants, agents, collaborators, or any third party acting on behalf of the university. This includes fixed-term staff, contractors, trainees, second staff, remote workers, casual workers, agency staff, sponsors, or any other person associated with the university (collectively referred to as "Staff" in this policy).
